However, due to the nature of our business—selling digital codes for activating Steam Deck games—refunds are subject to specific guidelines. 1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on Deck Games Hub are digital codes for activating games on Steam. Once the code has been delivered to you, it is considered used, as it cannot be deactivated or resold. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for codes that have already been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Non-Delivery of Code: If you did not receive your digital activation code after completing your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue, and if verified, we will resend the code or provide a refund.
- Invalid or Non-Working Code: If the digital code you receive is invalid or does not work, please contact us. Upon verification of the issue, we will either issue a replacement code or refund your purchase.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same game or product multiple times, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate purchase. Contact us for review, and if confirmed, we will process a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
- You Have Redeemed the Code: Once a code has been successfully delivered and redeemed, it cannot be refunded. This includes codes that have been activated or linked to your Steam account.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or any reason that does not involve a failure in product delivery or function.
- Wrong Region Purchase: Refunds are not available for purchases made for the incorrect region (e.g., buying a game code intended for North America while residing in Europe). Please ensure you are purchasing the correct regional code.
